I’ve lost hope with this location. … I’ve been eating at Chipotle for what seems like forever, around 10 years. While I’ve always had great service and food at other Chipotles, this location is always subpar, in 4 years it hasn’t gotten better. Tonight was the last time my family will eat here. Stay away, unless you want under seasoned food, under cooked crunchy rice and burnt chicken in your burrito bowl. There is a location a Parmer & McNeil, I like it way better.
Terrible service. First of all, the food is OK for the concept. But the services is terrible. The people working there seem to be always in a bad mood and rushing. I just lost my sunglasses there (I dropped them while ordering, even one of the employees saw me) and nobody cared to help me look for them or ask the person that had just cleaned up, etc. The cashier was especially rude. Not going back to this location. Their manager should have a conversation with the staff about how to treat customers.

Chipotle is my favorite place to eat. The first time I ate at chipotle (about 6 years ago) I wasn’t sure what to order and wasn’t impressed with my first visit. I also asked for the hot salsa and it was way too hot for me. I dug the atmosphere and the customer service so over the next 2 or the visits I perfected my order and now I eat there 2 or 3 times a week. The guac is a little 2 expensive for my budget, but I splurge every once and a while. I love chipotle.
