I liked Le Madeleines 10 years ago, but my most recent visit shows theyve fallen in to complacency and mediocrity. The food was edible but the beef crepe vin rouge I ordered was tasteless and bland. The vin rouge sauce had not the slightest hint of having actually been made with wine and the crepe was not much better than cardboard.
Authentic Quality. Expensive but authentic French cuisine and seasonings.I remember when the flagship opened in Houston three blocks from my mother’s house back in the ’70s. Wish I could stil digest gluten b/c I miss their bread.
