The rolls are HUGE. Like absolutely worth your money. The rolls I ordered were meh (stepping outside my comfort zone) but I’d give it a shot if you’ve never eaten here.
I went there because I read good things online about their happy hour. Well, maybe I read the wrong thing because they do not have a happy hour menu. Regardless, I asked what was fresh and ordered 5 different orders (10 pieces) of nigiri. Literally the biggest cuts I’ve ever gotten at any sushi restaurant ever. Each piece juicier than the next. The guys at the bar were nice. Highly recommended.
Decent sushi – great for lunch. It’s definitely not memorable, but it is a good sushi spot with great, quick service. If you’re in the neighborhood – make a stop. Don’t make a special trip, though.
From the curb most people would not give this place a shot. However they are seriously missing out. Some of the best sushi I have ever eaten was served at this place. They get a fresh tuna shipped to them and they process it fresh so it is one of the few authentic O’Toro Tuna places in town. Not to mention their portion sizes are huge.
Great specialty rolls!. Midori is right next to my house and I go about once a week. I love their specialty rolls! They are so tasty and presented very well. The service is always good and the fish is always fresh. The price is a little steep, for 2 rolls and edamame it runs about $27. But it’s a delightful treat! Try the Midori Boca Raton roll and Volcano roll. They are my usual.
This is my first time in Minor, and it was awesome. No grease on my food, and it was super fresh with a ton of veggies! Loved it and can’t wait to go again!
Excellent!. Loving this new-to-me Sushi place! I always get the Texas roll, seaweed salad, and shumai, which are all absolutely fabulous. The owner (I assume) has always been very accommodating to us. Last time we went in it was pretty busy and we had to sit at a small 2-top table next to a loud bunch, but soon after we sat down, a booth opened up, and he asked if we’d like to move. We did, and it was great. We usually get excellent service, except one time when I think our waiter was in training, but another server still made sure we had what we needed.
