We’ll discuss the good before the bad. Good: Sushi size itself is impressively large. Probably the largest rolls I’ve ever had at a sushi place that wasn’t specifically something like an OEC or other budget chain. The filling to rice ratio was great even considering how freaking huge the rolls are. Everything is fresh, the staff are very welcoming, the restaurant itself is relaxed. Bad: The sushi is just a little sloppy. Falling to pieces, rice a bit dry, warm avocado in some of the rolls. Their eel roll was strange in that it is cooked and included in the roll instead of on top like most places.Crab salad was great! Rock and Roll (I think that’s its name) was also superb. The Volcano Roll was huge but a bit too creamy, but that’s on me as it is described as such.
