Poor Service. My wife and I have been to this grill serveral times with positive experience. The last time we went there was on a Sunday early afternoon. We waited for 10 minutes to get water and a menu. When the server came he was rude and wasn’t attentive. We told him to give us a few minutes to look over the menu so he left and never came back. We had to call another server to finally take our order. We won’t we back.

Margarita on the rocks was very watered down. Service was a 4 out of 10. I ordered chicken fajitas – they didn’t come with sour cream or cheese. I would NOT go back or recommend.

I never write reviews but This food was horrible!!!!!!!!! I ordered to go. I had a taco salad, tortilla soup and a single beef fajita taco, I expected chicken fajita but it was deli style cube chicken. cold and Flavorless. They did not give any salad dressing. There was also given to me this side plate of well I’m not sure, looks like more shredded letus chopped tomatoes shredded cheese rice and tortilla strips all mixed together. It looked like somebody’s already eaten plate! ……….. Disgusting. The tortilla soup should be called mushroom onion soup and is $8 for 1/2cup. Could not believe i paid & $20 for this meal.

Terrible wait time for food and drinks. I got there around 9:45p on saturday. Waitress was everywhere except pir table and then I went outside to have a cig. And the waitress asked me if I was going to leave without paying. She did this in front of customers at the patio area. She embarrassed me. I went inside spoke to manager ad they deleted the gratuity from my bill bc it was 6 of us at the table. Terrible service. Great music

Could have been better !!!. Was very disappointed in the food, rice and beans were very bland, no flavor at all, adding a little cilantro andOnions and some spices would have made a big difference in enhancing the flavor, there is no excuse for blah flavor. We had the chicken mole, it also needed to be spiced up and the dish should have had More of the mole sauce on the plate, not just dipping the chicken in a little sauce and then topping it withWhat tasted like canned Italian cheese, the flavor of that nasty cheese totally ruined the dish for us.The music was a nice touch. Good cheese queso and salsa’s.May try it again with a different menu choice, just to compare, they must have something good on the menuSince the place was pretty packed.

Normally a hit…but had a miss…. We love going to Morelia’s. Have not had a bad dining experiece up until Saturday, May 26. We got there about 10:30pm, asked to be seated outside. We were given the full menu. When the waitress finally got to our table (she had been watching the band), she told us that the kitchen closes at 10, and they have a seperate menu. But she said to go ahead and order off the full menu and it would be fine. When our food got to the table, waitress said that they were out of charro beans for my plate and the Queso flameado with beef fajita, had a layer of grease on the top and when my husband went to get some, all of the cheese came up in one chunk out of the bowl. Like it had been microwaved and then sat there for a while. My chicken dish (which I order regularly) had onions underneath it that are normally grilled, this time they were practially just raw and laying under the chicken. The dish normally comes sizzling to the table. No sizzle. My husbands nachos were perfect (they are on the after 10 menu). When the waitress came to our table to give us the check, finally (again, watching the band)…we told her about the quality of the flameado and she said oh yes, I can tell you didn’t like it. And then we get the check. After we expressed not liking the flameado (and didn’t take more than a bite since it was pretty much inedible), and not having the charro beans with my dish, we were still charged full price. Now the thing is, we would have been perfectly happy ordering off an after 10 menu had she given us one, and we let her know that. I mean, if you’re kitchen isnt going to turn out quality product, don’t give the customer the option to order off the full menu. I don’t mind paying for a decent meal (we typically spend $50-$60 each visit), and I will go back, now that I know about the different menus. However, a customer shouldnt be expected to pay for sub par food because the kitchen was closed and they were told don’t worry about it, it will be fine.
