This location is the worst! They are constantly understaffed and the food is sub par at best. The hands down worst thing about this place is the manager. She’s never around but when she is, she’s just standing around talking to people. Never coming back to this location.

I order take out from pei wei a lot, then twice in a month sent a complaint through the website regarding the quality of the food. one plate of pad thai had yellow old broccoli and a chicken salad had almost no chicken in it. next time i went in the little hipster guy at the take out counter had a total attitude with me. very rude. it’s not my fault the chef didn’t pay attention to what he was doing. i do not recommend this place based on the food and the service.
10 times better than panda express for the same price
July 20, 2010 Jollyville. The diner today at 4pm was a disaster, there were 3 tables and all booths that had not been cleaned off. There were 2 other customers so they weren’t busy and between shifts. The food was ordered and sat on counter after cooked for 10 minutes while one person sat at end of counter watching. Another employee in front finally delivered food. A 3rd employee came in but before seeing if tables needed to be cleaned or food delivered she got food, drink and ate in front of customers. This really in a food establishment is bad to see. Then another person came from back and talked with cook, front counter person while talking on his cell. He did get a bus pan and clean tables off while talking on cell. That employee then asked how things were and I inquired if they were short because of the condition of rest. not being cleaned. There was trash by the drinking fountains also not picked up. He took a defensive attitude and I assured him that I would call the GM tomorrow, he stated he was manager. He also said when asked that he had been there 3 years, well. This store was really good for first few years in NW austin but last year there seems to be more days like this one. The attitude of the manager and employees to not want to serve customers is most disturbing. While I eat at pei wei’s when I travel this one is not like the others I have frequented too bad…There are too many wonderful places to eat in Austin to send money for this type of treatment.
