This used to be my most favorite pizza place in town….. Until today!#metoo #liftherupI’m disgusted to find out that the owners allow sexual harassment to continue in their workplace. After my friend’s daughter was sexually assaulted at work and caught on camera…. She is being treated as if she’s a disgruntled employee by management. Rather than a victim, though she is strong enough to not need to be a victim. She is strong. Rightfully so to be disgruntled but not to be treated bad for protecting her body and her rights as an individual. You best believe I will never buy or step foot in this restaurant again. Nor will I encourage anybody to go here.I will share her story and hello to put an end to sexual harassment in the workplace!FYI the man who harassed her is old enough to be her father and is married!

Not sure how I’ve spent five years not eating here before now.The decor is… odd. It’s slightly insane, but tastefully reserved, as opposed to Buca’s screaming-in-your-face kitsch.I definitely recommend the bruschetta. Very good. The breadsticks are also a winner; they’re just pizza dough, lightly baked and glazed with goodness. They’re custom made for marinara dipping. Hell, it’s practically required.I got the roasted pie with sausage, and it was everything I could have hoped for.Bottom line: if you want some new-world Italian food for a middling price point, skip the other places and go here. It’s a bit of a toss-up between Reale’s and Brick Oven, to be honest. They’re both just that good.
