Had this Qduring a catered event recently and thought it was pretty good. Brisket was prepared well, but not real smoky.Side dishes of slaw, potato salad and beans were nice. Sausage was also good but could have been a little spicier for my taste. Not the best Q, but not bad.
Have had BBQ at other restaurants in Texas but this was the best. Moist brisket was moist without being fatty and greasy and was delicious. Cutters choice is an in- between cut of brisket that was also great. Turkey was also wonderful. Cole slaw was crunchy and fresh. A friend had the Jalapeo sausage and raved how great it was.
