This restaurant is really pathetic. The food is so bland and doesn’t taste good at all. Would never recommend this place to anyone. The veg noodles that we ordered tasted and smelled like crap and was served in a very unprofessional way!

I had worst experience with suprabhat today .. This is not a good place to eat North Indian food . The roti which they served was like a papad . Garlic naan was half cooked. If it comes to South Indian food vada sambar was bad . If u have cravings for food please don’t visit this place. You will come back with unsatisfied food and spending lot of money on it .

We tried lunch and dinner options a few times at Suprabhat and the experience has been consistently bad. The interiors are dark and dull. Walls were plastered with rangoli designs and had a village based theme. It was not impressive at all. The interiors could have been brighter and lively! Customer service is average and rarely are the customers greeted with a smile. We have tried variety of dishes like samosas, Thali, bisibelebath, idly wada, set dosa, pulav etc for lunch or dinner.Thali served during lunch is ordinary. There are other restaurants like Chennai cafe serve better thali food.Bisibelebath was particularly bad and it was stale. Dosas were soggy and not crispy. Idlis had hard texture and lacked flavour. Samosas had refried taste in them. Not sure if they were freshly made. The Chutneys have strong ginger/mustard flavour and were not fresh.Portions size for the price is adequate. But the quality doesn’t justify the pricing. We have avoided ordering food from Suprabhat altogether. I do not recommend this place!

My first time here was today though I had driven by the place for what seems like years. I gave it a good rating because the food was good. It’s definitely vegetarian cuisine and it was difficult to decide what to get with so many options and no pictures of the food I wasn’t quite familiar with. I got the executive platter which was really good and it gave me a variety of food dishes to try. It came with a plate of rice, two roti, a soup, curry, yogurt, bean dish, beet/chickpea dish and dessert. I may be missing another. It was a lot! I definitely couldn’t finish it and think I saw a mini platter I will get the next time I go. You know a place has good authentic food with you see a bunch of Indian families dining there. I’m not sure what the crowd would be like during the busier lunch time but I got there around 2 and it was maybe 1/3-1/2 full of patrons. The service was good as it wasn’t crowded.

This is a great place for vegetarians and vegans. It has an extensive menu and it is family friendly. I wish I could give it a 10 but can’t give it more than 7/10 rating, though, because the service was not great the night I visited. The place was busy, and I understand that. But for some reason we seemed to be skipped over by the wait staff. The party that was seated next to us after we arrived got waited on and served before we did. And once we got our food we never saw a waiter again except when I had to stand up and wave across the room. I don’t know if it was because we were the only white people in the place? I hope that wasn’t the reason but it did feel odd. I will go back for the food, as it was good, but I hope the service is a lot better next time.
