We should have gone to Bubba Gump. This was worst than Red Lobster. Almost inedible. I can’t even. Who in the world ranked this place highly? Please save yourself some cash – get a funnel cake on the board walk. Your money is better spent.
Definitely not an over glorified Red Lobster. Good food and great atmosphere. The big windows are a nice touch.
Excellent Spot.. I recently took a trip to the Kemah Boardwalk and wasn’t too sure of where to eat. I saw the beautiful deck at the Flying Dutchman and decided to stop there. The food was fantastic, especially the Alligator Bisque! Highly recommend it if you’re looking for good seafood.
Basically a over glorified Red Lobster. Food was about same quality. I dunno maybe I was expecting more. Service was good when they were around. However, service was spotty at best. Nothing to write about the food. Probably would have better food at joes crabshack. I will not be cingular back.
The food was pretty good. My favorite would definately be the oysters so make sure to get that. The service was awesome.
The oysters were magnificent. The waitress we had, she was amazing. When told we enjoyed the oysters she offered us another dozen on the house. The shrimp Alfredo was good but after having 2 dozen oysters with my girlfriend and a couple of drinks I was unable to finish the main dish. The atmosphere was very nice, we sat outside and the weather was around 69 with a slight breeze. All in all great experience because the drive was about 2 and a half hours away.
