Great sandwich. Try it!!
Loyal customer for many years, but probably won’t go back now.I stopped by for a steak to go and the waitress took my order without trouble. But when the manager saw my order as I was paying, she said they didn’t have enough steaks to go and cancelled my order. Not that there weren’t enough steaks – had I dined-in there wouldn’t have been an issue. Very insulting – if they were going to sell me a steak, it should make no difference whether I ate it there or at home, especially since they had already taken the order. Worse, the manager did not even offer to do anything to make up for her mistake or their insult.As a local diner, I’ve bee a loyal customer for years and have gone out of my way to say good things about them to my friends and neighbors, but no more.Used to be a friendly local family business, but obviously success has gone to their heads and they’ve forgotten how to respect customers.
Great food and super nice service. I love the tortilla soup. Nice and spicy. Not s pricey as the review lists.
Institution. Great sandwiches…try the John Wayne. This place has been here forever. Local family owned…not a sandwich chain restaurant.
