The best BBQ I’ve had! When I pass through, I make a point to stop at exit 587! I eat there and get enough to last me 3-4 days. I’ve always gotten the chopped beef. It’s always done right. The sauce is the best! Nice vinegar based sauce. Once again I buy a gallon of sauce to go. I can’t speak expertly for the other items on the menu. Although the ribs are very good. I’ve only had a rib or two. I drive from 6 hours away in Mississippi to eat this BBQ! All other BBQ is judged by this! I’ve been eating here at least 4 times a year since the ’90’s!
Not very good… Stopped there last weekend and not many people inside the place. Just a bunch of local teenagers running the place and no pit-master in sight! Bbq and ribs were less than average and the sides were not good at all. Definitely not worth the stop.

It’s good and confirmed by 20 roughneck oil field workers who came in behind me!
Always more good food than I can eat for a great price
