How much??… Naww!!. Medium sliced brisket plate with dessert and carbonated beverage… 32 bucks. We were a group of 15 and the automatic tip was a whopping 18 percent for the complacent waitress. I might go back just to insist on a real price showing menu and make them at least toast the Btookshire’s bread if I order at all.

Great BBQ but pricey. That was the best BBQ ever, but pricey unless they made a billing mistake…we weren’t given a menu just told what they had so didn’t know the price.. Our bill was 120.00! We had 2 sodas, 1 water and 3 tea. We had two 5 piece Rib dinners, one 2 meat dinner, two 3 meat dinner, and 1 one meat dinner. I feel like it was our error in not asking prices. The place was very clean and our server was very nice. We would go back again but we would ask prices first. I just didn’t expect the prices ness since we travel for our job and eat BBQ all over the state of Texas.

Ribs of Course. Still the best barbeque ribs in the country!

When I drove up, the parking lot was full – a good sign! I greatly enjoyed the somewhat darkened, yet clean and cool restaurant/bar. Ordered the Sausage, Rib, and Brisket plate with a double side of potato casserole from our busy but very friendly waitress. The lunch was served quickly with the meat piled on two nicely crusted pieces of Texas toast – a nice touch. I had mostly sausage and brisket on the plate, which were decent, but the big star was the ribs. Wow!The potato casserole was excellent as well, so it turned out to be a feast. Next time I’ll order the ribs by themselves.

Visitor from Phoenix. Great tasting ribs, plenty of meat on the bones, and a nice atmosphere. I will visit again the next time I am in East Texas.
