Carolina Ale House charged my credit card twice. I tried to immediately address it as soon as I saw the charge. I was assured the charges were not going through. Of course, they went through. Management then referred me to upper management. Upper management is unable to provide the courtesy of a return phone call or email. Do not visit this establishment if you value your credit card.
Mediocre food at best! The wait staff was one of the worst staff that I have ever been too. They did not show up in a timely manner, when they did show up the waitress talked about getting hammered off patron from the night before. Not paying any attention to the 3 children that I had in the booth with me. For an ale house they were out of a lot of beer that my wife had ordered 3 of the more than 50 they are supposed to have on tap. I would personally fire the entire staff as the restaurant has a good concept and could be a top in the area.

Very impressed! We had a great waiter who knew the menu and was very helpful. Friendly staff. Full bar. Delicious food. Kid friendly. If you like Bar/Grill styled places I would recommend this place.
Not bad, but I need a better experience next time. I ordered a dish and asked the waitress to make sure a certain garnish wasn’t on the dish since I am allergic, she was very kind and understanding. However my food was covered in it and the fish was terribly dry and over cooked. I think the food is probably very good I’ll just have to try something different next time. Our waitress could have been more attentive but she seemed to have a table of people she knew, which consumed her time. The manager was very helpful when I wasn’t able to eat my meal and it was remade just right. Worth a second chance undoubtably
Not so much… I tried this place out when business was slow. The food was just ok and it took to long for drinks. Even though the restaurant was not that busy
Very Dissapointed. Was the weirdest eating out experience we’ve had. We had about 12 different people bringing us stuff at different times. It took 45 minutes to get our appetizer, we had to keep asking for things forgotten, we got our meal right after we finally got our appetizers. We had to wait forever for our ticket. We got there around 1800 and didn’t get out until around 1930/1940. I’ve never been to a place where there was so many people working one table. The staff didn’t seem properly trained or even to have direction. No manager ever came by to see us. We saw several employees standing around talking while others were working their tails off. Management needs to step up and train the staff better. I’ve never seen such disorganization at a restaurant. I doubt we will ever be back.
