I’ve eaten here five or six times and only been slightly disappointed in their pancakes once. I’ve eaten at other Denny’s and this one is a shining star. Lot of soldiers eat here and they wouldn’t if the food wasn’t good. AARP discount too, with your card.

This restaurant stinks. Literally smells bad. The first time I went my coffee cup had lipstick on it, forks were dirty and the food not great. At least the server was nice. Decided to give it another chance. Not only did our server appear to be intoxicated, and proceed to tell us to hurry up because she needed to go smoke, our order took forever and was incorrect including the drinks. The restaurant is filthy and the staff don’t care.
Another weekend in Killeen while visiting a relative found us at Denny’s for a Saturday morning breakfast. While this was not the best Denny’s in which we have dined, it was decent. The servers were chipper, the crowd was about 50% capacity, and the restrooms were clean enough. Seating was prompt, and coffee arrived in seconds.As always, this is a Denny’s, so one should not expect five-star gourmet dining. You simply get good food at a good price. As we have traveled, we have appreciated the consistency of a Denny’s menu at all hours of the day or night. The individual location’s service can make or break, and this location was just fine.My partner chose the Country-Fried Steak and Eggs. This is a fried chopped beef steak covered in country gravy. He chose two scrambled eggs and hash browns with toast. He said it was good, but the steak could have been cooked a few minutes more.I disregarded my diet and ordered the Ultimate Omelette. This was extremely yummy. It was a three-egg omelette with sausage, bacon, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, diced tomatoes and shredded Cheddar cheese. I had grits and toast with it. This was good, but the grits were about 95%. I have a thing for grits, apparently. Overall, everything was good for us.
Service sucks, food sucks, management does not care

OK food, OK service.. It has been awhile since I have been there but the food and service was always OK. It never seems to be too busy; good alternative to IHOP.
