Awesome lHOP worth the wait. We had a group of 10 and we were served promptly with our correct orders. Kudos to Wille. HE IS AWESOME! He remembered our individual orders, anticipated our need, and provided excellent service from start to finish. Please reward him accordingly. He would be a great trainer for customer service. Thank you for the great experience. We will be back. 🙂

Terrible!
I don’t know what’s going on at the harker heights IHOP but the last two times we waited a vey long time to be served. We ended up leaving after 30 minutes of not even getting a drink, this time it is taking way too long and we are seeing lots of unhappy people around us also. Our waiter was nice but he had no control over the kitchens slowness. Sorry to say This will be our last visit.
Much better than the Killeen IHOP. This location has great service and is very clean. I love their breakfast menu and now they have brioche French Toast; life is good.
Much Better than Killeen IHOP. Same food as Killeen, but better service. Have stopped going to Killeen due to the difference in service. Great Ihop taste, better service, fair price, military discount if you show an ID,
