I’m not really sure what’s going on now .it was my favorite place to eat great food and the service is was even better..until today when I go in and the guy that says he’s the new manager is an arrogant cocky @$$ that treated us like we should have been honored to be in his presence.not really sure what was wrong with the old management if it’s not broke don’t fix it ..was a great place never again

Delicious. It’s been a while since I last went to Jersey Mike’s, but I remember how delectable their sandwiches are. Don’t remember what I get exactly, but it did include roast beef. Someone mentioned them not putting enough meat? I remember asking them to take a little off of mine! Best food place in town in terms of service, too, which is hard to come by in Killeen. 5/5.
I’m so excited that Killeen finally has a Jersey Mikes! Great subs I remember from living in Ohio. And for anyone concerned about the post saying a lack of meat, I will attach a picture of a turkey breast sub being made.
Great service. Service was great and staff was well trained. Sandwich was ehhhh. To much lettuce and not enough meat. They should try putting as much meat on there as lettuce that would have me telling everyone I know about it. Roast Beef had a great flavor for what there was of it. Did I mention the service was good…. May not be back though service isn’t filling my tummy.
A great experience for me.. but. Well if you read my other posts you will find me on the quest for a decent italian hoagie around here. This place boasts its italian to be its specialty so I went to give it a try. I got a giant italian for myself, and a giant roast beef and provolone for my wife. They slice the meat right in front of you, and the bread they bake themselves. A touch much on the lettuce I thought at first but when i started eating the sandwich it wasnt overwhelming at all. everything tasted fresh and delicious. I patted myself on the back for finally finding a sandwich worth eating in this town… So now the bad news. I chatted these guys up to my buddy I worked with next day and he took his son and went to try em out. He had the roast beef and provolone and his son had the ham and cheese. his kid loves his sandwich my co worker however did not. He said the bread was bad like almost stale and they threw on wayyyy to much lettuce and barley any meat. I asked him what the servers looked like and they were different from who I had. I’m guessing the place still has some bugs to work out so if they dont fix em quick, well all be picketing for the guy at ferrari’s to hurry up and reopen… jeez well guess my next stop is devinchi’s in temple : /
