Good East Coast style Pizza. I lived in Philly growing up. I was used to Pizza made from scratch and tossed the old way by hand. I was tired of the Pizza factory style that the Pizza fast food places serve that they call Pizza. It was nice to find Joe’s and see that they make the genuine handmade Pizza, even tossing it and stretching it out by hand. No pre-made frozen crusts here. They also don’t use the fake toppings you see in fast food places. They are the genuine article if you want real Pizza, and not some cardboard imitation. You may have to wait a bit longer if you go in the peak hours. But, it is worth the wait. I looked at some of the other reviews, and people were unhappy because of how long they take. That is because those made to wait, are not used to the real Pizza made by hand, not the factory made frozen Pizza dough. It takes time to make by hand. But, if you want the genuine Pizza and not some fast food imitation, it is worth the wait.

Joe’s NY Style Pizza & Pasta. Another weekend in Killeen while visiting a relative found us at Joe’s for dinner on a Friday night. We arrived a little later than usual, so had to wait for a couple of minutes. Joe’s is popular, so be prepared. The servers and staff are friendly here. The atmosphere is casual.Having already heard that the pastas and entres were good here, we considered ordering those. We saw some of the pastas on surrounding tables, which looked good. We shall order some of those next trip. However, this trip, we chose pizzas. Yes, we enjoyed Joe’s so much that we plan to return.We did order some cheese sticks for an appetizer. These were good, and not really greasy at all considering they were fried. They arrived extremely hot to our table. We ordered two pizzas an 18-inch Supreme and an 18-inch Margarita. These were very good choices. I really liked them both. Joe’s also has a stuffed pizza which looks interesting.

Amazing Pizza, Perfect Pasta. I actually like the pasta much more than the pizza. The manicotti is spot on perfect, cannoli was also fantastic. Little place by Fort Hood and a must try if you are in this area… like me!
Great Pizza at a great price!. This is great NY style pizza. not greasy, reasonable service. topping amounts could be a little more plentiful and during peak hours pizza made be pulled just a little early from the oven.
