Beer lovers rejoice!. Service is a little slow, but great beer and good food.
Horrible service. Literally just left the restaurant….After waiting 25 minutes on anyone to even take a drink order. We were seated right away by a super rude hostess. She just threw our menus down and left. I hate this place but my husband’s birthday was today and he wanted to go there. Welp now we’re off to find somewhere else. Never coming back again
Not Bad, But Not Amazing Either. Old Chicago…was okay. I’m actually disappointed. It took forever for us to be greeted at our table, and it felt like a struggle to get a re-fill. We ordered fried pickles as our appetizer, and they really weren’t that good. We didn’t finished them, but we didn’t complain and waited for our food. The wait took a long time, and the place wasn’t even that packed, on top of it being a quiet, week-night. The server was nice, but the food was sort of average. It was really greasy. My husband ordered a calzone & I’d ordered a stromboli. My stromboli was dry, and there was so much breading and not enough toppings. It didn’t taste bad, and it was manageable. The average quality didn’t warrant a manager’s visit or anything, but I know we probably won’t be returning very soon. I wouldn’t tell people specifically not to go, just don’t be surprised if you’re not blown away by the quality. The quality of food/service didn’t NEARLY justified the price of the food, and the standard 20% tip.
From Freezer to the Microwave!!. Yes, expect your order to com pre-prepared and microwaved, then a short stay in the oven. Unfortunately the manager lied to my family and I about the process. Over priced for the name’s sake and at best food was poor.
New menu (thumbs down). They have recently changed their menu and the new sandwiches are pre-made or frozen and much lower caliber than just a few weeks ago. Their pizza buffet is overpriced (Ci-Ci’s is just as good for half the price).
Excellent food, awesome service. One of our regular stops. Staff treats you like family.
Decent place to have a few drinks, but the food was only ok. Same stuff you’d find at any chain. Service was good.
