Royal Caribbean. I had the oxtail and jerk chicken with bean rice, cabbage, and fried plantain. The food quality is good and the service is much better than other caribbean restaurant I have experienced in town. It does have a mini store Inside that carry spices and more for the shoppers. Seatings are limited during lunch.

Friendly atmosphere/ great food. Every time i have gone to RC #2 i have always been pleased and greated as i walked in. the cashier always is helpful and has a beautiful smile on her face, very friendly and warming.i love the oxtails.. i will continue to order from their restaurant .. always , Theresa
I’ve been to this location twice now and both times I got the same thing…OXTAILS!!! I love oxtails and they do them pretty good. Very tender and super flavorful. My only complaint is that I should get a large because you don’t get a lot of it. And the steamed cabbage could’ve been better.
