Cold pizza….horrible customer service. Our last visit, six month ago was great. Tonight was a different story. We arrived at 8:15 and told they close at 9pm so our only option was take out. Ok… we waited over an hour for our pizza…btw we were the ONLY folks in the place…. grabbed the pizzas around 9:20 and drive the 5-7 mins home only to end up with COLD…not even luke warm pizza. Called and the customer service was even worse. We try hard to shop, buy and dine local…but we will not be going back.
Yummy!. Decided to give this place a try and I’m sure glad I did! The quality is what you pay a little extra for as with anything else. I will definitely frequent this place and the service is great!
Brick Oven Hand Tossed Thin Crust. Forget this place. Their supreme pizzas are burned and terrible for $27, better to eat frozen pizza. And we are neighbors.. Nothing on the pizza.
I had a personal deep dish pizza to go and it was cooked perfectly and the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly. Two things worth noting, one I love extra sauce, which is why I usually like Chicago style pizza. I thought the pizza could have used a bit more- no big, next time I will request it. And two, I think the mushrooms were canned, I prefer fresh mushrooms on my pizza. But the pizza was cooked perfectly and tasted fabulous!
Best in Area. I love all kinds of pizza – especially Chicago style and this place is great, with high quality ingredients, and crust made onsite – atmosphere is improving with better TV, and Charles is always entertaining. We have been eating here regularly ever since they opened.
Too much for too little. I got 18 wings and a large thin pizza with 3 toppings- $40. Wow. Wings tasted ok- but at .96 cents per wing?? Way too much. The pizza was average but $17 for the pie and $2 per each topping???? What are they thinking?? This is pizza and wings, not really expensive items to stock. This meal should have been $25 at most. I could have gone up the street to Got Wings and had 30 wings for $18. I have spent this much at chinese for a family meal and had leftover lunches for a couple of days. I really don’t think I’ll go back. Had a much better pie at Bene Italiano on 1960. Sorry WCP. You lost me at first price.
You won’t believe how good it is. We just moved to the area and wanted pizza and picked this place based on its convenient location and are we ever glad we did! The owner told us someone drove 95 miles one way to get a pizza from him and after tasting it, I’m a believer. We got a Chicago style deep dish and I don’t really like a thick doughy crust but it wasn’t like that at all. The crust is handmade, by the way. The crust was thickest around the edges where the dough is kind of curled over. The cheese and toppings are directly on the crust while the tomato sauce is on top. Another patron told us their wings are really good too so we’ll have to try those next time.
