Waitress was very good, unfortunately I order the scallops. Not only were they overdone, they tasted fish, which means bad cooking of bad product.Desert was good,,, cheesecake blueberry brulee.
At this upscale Hilton (If I remember correctly) hotel restaurant I was reluctant to order the barbecued ribs. They tasted great and were so tender the meat nearly fell off of the bones. It was the best ribs dinner I have had in Texas.
