If you want a very late dinner and need aomewhat Indian type of food with all the naan bread u want to have along with some savouring taste if biriyani this is a place to look out for , it’s far from the center Dallas/Richerdson/Plano areas but very close to Irving . It’s open late but the food here is exquisite and also you can get some Indian/nepali spices antiques and ornaments if ur are here. Overall 5stars.

Had a mutton thali which had rice, dal, papad, mutton curry, soybean, and cauliflower potato curry. It was very average. Disappointed with the service as well. They kept us waiting for a long time.. New review: tried chilli chicken and chicken hakka noodles.. Both were pathetic.. The chicken was tough like a rubber and chewy.. Horrible place.. very bad food..

Interesting place… First of, I liked the food. But we’ll get into that. This was an adventure. The epitome of a hole in the wall.Water stains all over the ceiling, walls have been painted without the decorations removed, wall trim and texture don’t match, old birthday decorations littered the walls and ceiling, cords exploding out of the tvs, modems, and other electronics, dark, dingy, wall of windows covered with black out curtains further hidden by a makeshift karaoke stage, and a TV blaring East Asian pop music. That latter was pretty fun though.Waitress is a spacewoman – she was laying in the booth when we arrived and was completely spaced the entire time. After two prior questions about my water, she then asked if I wanted ice in my water – of course I want ice in my water. This is Texas, not California! Don’t get me wrong, she was nice. Just very strange with her head up in the clouds of Everest and not attentive in the typical waitress way.The owner eyeballed us while we waited (for 45 minutes) for our two dishes. Sat in the booth next to us, ate something, and burned holes through our skulls. When we took our ticket to the counter, magically the cost was $26. No cash register or calculator required.Mutton and chicken tikka masala. So, the mutton came out… and then 15 minutes later the chicken came out. But both were great. The mutton had absolutely no gaminess or oiliness. It was overcooked, but the flavor was excellent. Served with soynuts, veggies, and poha. Poha is dried flattened rice, which is typically served cooked and can be quite tasty. They served it dry…right out of the bag. So I dumped it into my masala. Better. Chicken was on the sweet side, but it was rich and full of warm spices. The naan was the crowning glory. Best naan I’ve ever eaten in my life. Fresh, hot, soft, fluffy, delicious. The perfect vehicle for my chicken. Not a single patron inside except us. For the entire hour or so we were there. One takeout order. They know the rules.Go for take out. And call 30 minutes before you leave the house.

How much for that refill?. I was charged a dollar for a refill after a long wait for my food. I was not much impressed with the food and the place smelled like someone had been chain smoking tabacco, horrible visions of cook with cigarette in mouth, I should have ran away…..The tables were not wiped down well, TV’s too loud, just not a good dining experience.
