We’ve been putting off going here for years because of mixed reviews. Since moving from the South East I’ve missed one of my favorites, Brunswick Stew. Fortunately I decided to only order a cup, I was extremely disappointed, had plenty of meat but flavor was dull and uninteresting. I ordered the pulled pork dinner. Pork was OK, nothing special. Served with a very very small biscuit that was quite good. Coleslaw was mediocre. BBQ beans were fairly good. Peach Cobbler was excellent. My Partner ordered the Ribs, they were tinder and were just OK. We agreed that it wasn’t a place to go to again and the price is too high.

Tough ribs. Well went to one of my favorate BBQ places in irving and was very sad. I got the wet ribs and they were dryed out and almost burned up from GRILLING then to reheat them. I talked to manager and got a secont set whitch they gladly replaced the first set but the second set was the same. SAD. Very unhappy.23 Mar, 2014Wish we had one in Tulsa OK. Well went back for my second time and had the 1/2 rack wet and was not dissapointed they were tender and tastey. I got 1/2 rackof wet ribs and they were a little tough and the sirver gladley broght more and they were great also had the beans they were good but not great and the potato salad was very good and uniquie it was almost dry , diffrent but good I like it ,
While the sides were good, the barbecue left a lot to be desired. I had the 5 meat plate and sampled the smoked sausage, brisket, pulled chicken and pork, and ribs. None of them are recommendable.
Read reviews while in Irving going to a cowboys game from out of town. Great food excellent service potato salad was excellent and the brisket sandwich was outstanding. If your looking for quick and easy hassle free dinning. This is the place
Loved the smoked turkey! Smoked but not overly done or dry Be cautious on the spicy sauce because they are not kidding.
Not Impressed. Went to Red Hot and Blue, between trips to Dickey’s BBQ Pit, while on a 5-day business trip. Was not impressed with RH&B. Tasted like franchise BBQ.
