Outstanding. We received a gift certificate as a Christmas present for the Bacchus Wine Bar, we were unable to use it until last week and what a surprise we had. The owners were very hospitable and gracious and the patrons were great. We met several people with whom we carried on a conversation like we had know them forever, the atmosphere was perfect.This is a great place maybe not for everyone but it is for my wife and I
Bummer. My Husband and I stopped by for a glass of wine, wanting to love this place! It is cozy… there was a man playing a guitar and singing that was Awesome!we sat there for 15 minutes… no Hi, welcome, were busy (they were not)we will be with you in a moment, no eye contact, sad to say we had to leave.
Vast Improvement. After changing ownership again in March the atmosphere at Bacchus has changed for the better. There are now two very friendly owners to go along with the great music, varied wine selection and good food. They also have a very good selection of craft beers.The appetizers are very good and there is normally a daily special .
Great wines…comfortable atmosphere…very friendly staff and owner. Love the appetizers! Especially the crab cakes.

Unhappy. As a business owner It takes more than just an open door to make it… For a local wine bar I would have expected more from the owner or at least the management… On music they get 4 stars; on friendliness they receive 1 star. After dinner out and we stopped in to see if there was any improvement over the past wine bar; sadly not…
