Great Food, Great Service. I ordered the veal cutlets served on a bed of spinach and smothered with prosciutto and provolone cheese. Because I’m maintaining a low carb diet, they happily substituted extra vegetables for the garlic mashed potatoes. I finished off this wonderful meal with an espresso. Great food, great service, great night.
1. They couldn’t find our reservation but we were able to show them the reservation by actually looking at the computer. :/2. Our bread came out and then 30 minutes later our sauce for the bread came out. 3. The drinks were wrong the whole night. Comically wrong. We laughed about it constantly. 4. One of us got our food 30 minutes before the other six. Then four more of us got our food. Finally 30 minutes after that the last guy finally got his dinner. We had to go to the manager to get that. 5. The food was bland and tasted a lot like canned italian food. No flavor. 6. They are way understaffed. I feel sorry for the waitresses. Claudio is obliviously singing onstage while waitresses have nervous breakdowns trying to serve us. Just the most screwed up experience at a restaurant I’ve ever had in my forty someodd years. It seems Claudio cares about singing more than having a restaurant. That’s too bad.
