Just like Paris!. I haven’t had bread that good since I was in Paris. Everything is excellent here. This is the only true kolache shop I have found in Houston in 11 years. Real kolaches are made with fruit in the middle and Sue Sue’s are absolutely perfect. She would make any Czech proud! BTW the Polish kolaches, struedel and cinnamon rolls are great as well!

Best Kolaches!. I love how light and fluffy the pastry is. Good prices for fresh baked kolaches, and even better prices on day-old packs. the jalapeno kolache used to be my favorite because it was HOT, but I think they switched the recipe recently to make it a bit more mild.Kolache Bakery is my favorite kolache shop.
