I love this place. The food is excellent, and it is one of the few places my husband, who has a severe grain allergy can go out to eat without fear. Entirely real food for a refreshing change. The owner is extremely friendly. I cannot say enough nice things about this place.

I’ll Be Back. I enjoyed roast chicken, fried cabbage, and garlic spinach last weekend. I’ll be back and I can’t wait to try some of the other items on the menu. I agree with another post here regarding the price being a little high, but the owner goes to great lengths to buy fresh, locally grown, organic ingredients. The price reflects the quality in my opinion. Thumbs up from this diner.

One of a kind. I don’t (probably should) follow a Paleo lifestyle, but I do enjoy the food at this small cafe close to my home. Owner does her best work with vegetables, using no dairy or flour. I wish she were open for dinner, but understand the economics in play–she closes at 3pm, I believe. Restaurant sits a half block off FM518 behind a convenience store in a tiny strip center, so it’s not all that visible. Wish the servings were a little larger for my big appetite. More deserts, more often would be nice as well.

Small restaurant, simple menu, but yummy, nutritious food! I ordered smothered chicken with kale and cabbage. I’m not your typical Paleo/Organic foodie, and still thought the meal was excellent and leaves you feeling good for the day!

Delicious food that fits neatly in the paleo/primal lifestyle. It’s nice to be able to eat somewhere where I don’t have to ask a million questions about the menu! I had the hamburger steak, spinach, and fried cabbage. The smothered chicken looked good too. My only regret is that they aren’t closer to where I live!
