Not Happy. Okay I went in with my girlfriend for lunch. We ordered Greek Salads. It would have been fine except they put regular nasty black olives on it and 2 kalamata olives that were rotten. After the waiter brought the salads he disappeared. So I wasn’t happy with this miserable attempt. If you want a real Greek Salad go to Skippers Cafe ..there’s are amazing.

Ho Hum. We were there last week (5/31/12) for lunch. Nice place, the food was well presented, but the taste was just not there. No pizazz. I had the Cuban Fish Tacos – just wasn’t much flavor. And, I had to ask for more ice water.Well, back to the Classic.
Love it! Very tasty food their fish tacos are very good. Friendly staff and nice, quiet atmospere.
Of the many things South Shore Grille is, it is definitely not upscale, tasty, or friendly. When I walk into a restaurant I expect it to be well kept and inviting. The Grille is neither. All the decor is incredibly dusty (dust in my food? YUM!), and the hostess is usually some girl that does the bare minimum to welcome customers, usually ignoring them unless they come to her. The food is awful, it tastes like most of it has already been prepared, frozen, and thawed- to-order. The service is mediocre. While your waiter/waitress may be somewhat friendly, they are completely innefficient. I once sat through an entire meal with an empty glass of water. On a side not, the restaurant also serves as a fledgeling art gallery. The majority of the art is good which makes me think that if the owner put more time into his food rather than his love of art, he might attract more prospects. I give this restaurant a 4/10.
Always good. This is a big city restaurant in a little town. Great selection, and always friendly staff
