Good BBQ but service has gone downhill!. I was excited when they came to Leander but that quickly turned to aggravation due to the slow slow service from this new location. I first thought it was just due to the newness and training new staff, etc. But when it didn’t get better, I stopped going. It shouldn’t take 25 minutes to make 4 breakfast tacos when there’s not even a crowd. The store manager wouldn’t pitch in to help or acknowledge the next person waiting. He doesn’t seem to think its his problem to help things along. I returned to the Liberty Hill location this weekend and alas, same problem!! Slow Slow Slow!! Two total idiots trying to assist customers couldn’t even serve pre-made tacos without screwing it up. Another couple waiting for their food had to remind them that they hadn’t gotten their food. The two ladies behind the counter were clueless. Same manager problem here too! I think Mo’s might have spread themselves too thin these days chasing the almighty dollar. Still good food, if you have the patience to stand in line FOREVER. I don’t.
