Disappointed. Was hesitant to go in when pulled up and no one there. Remembered good review in San Antonio Express News so went ahead. Old tea. Fries were dark, greasy, and soggy with gray center. Tasted like they were old fries heated up in old oil. Burgers were greasy with the flavor of an unclean grill.
I gave it two tries and each time I had the same experience…the food was stale and tasteless.. the place smell bad and the service was not good. They acted like they were doing you a favor to serve you. I will not be going there again. I willgive my business to Waterburger or Dairy Queen
Took 54 minutes for 2 burgers. Every table is dirty. Woman taking order was not friendly. Out of unsweet tea and ketchup. Food us good though.

Fabulous. This is a hidden gem. The business is family owned, YES, support your local merchants. The service was fantastic, they have a great menu and will alter any order to your liking. If what you want is not on the menu and they have the ingredients they will make it for you.
Flaming Flaco Burger. Pretty good burger.**Went a 2nd time, and am very disappointed. Burger looked as if it was literally thrown together. Burnt bun and meat that vaguely resembled a hamburger patty. Laziness? I don’t know. Inconsistent? Yes.
Good tacos and burgers!. We tried Flaco’s and liked it. The burger was very good and the accompanying fries were excellent. The tacos were also very good — we tried the carne guisada and the carne asada and liked both. The best thing we ordered was the guacamole, which came with tortilla chips that I swear had just been fried up back in the kitchen. Good stuff! And a very nice staff!
