We just moved into the area and decided to check it out. This is hands down my favorite place to eat. I have been here 2 to 3 times a week and plan to continue to come here every week.

Love me some Flacos. I usually dont review a restaurant a second time unless something changes my opinion, but in this case I just wanted to give Flacos some extra praise. I eat here often and have sampled about every item on the menu. I keep coming back for the flavor, value and consistency. Also the super friendly service. The Al Pastor is the best I’ve had, always tender and true to the traditional (correct) seasoning. Carne Asada is also super lean and tender, with a good kick. And whatever you order, you gotta try the fries. You can get pancakes at lunchtime, or a burger for breakfast, heck if they would let me do my laundry there I would never leave.30 Dec, 2012Great Burgers and Tacos. Is Flacos a taco joint with great burgers, or a burger joint with great tacos?IMO a great burger joint should have great fries, check. Fresh cut not frozen real fries, crispy surface, but not overdone, great.A great taco joint should have fresh home-made salsas, and fresh home-made tortillas and chips. Check. As a rule, I favor locally owned mom & pop joints, as much for the hospitality and familiar service, as the home-made style of the food. Flacos is just that. Last visit the owner made a lap of the dining area handing out free dessert to the lunch crowd. Im not a flan fan, but this one had a yummie fudge brownie bottom layer that made it really special. Would certainly be an $8.00 dessert at some chain joint like Applebees. My fav burger is the Flaming Flaco, fav tacos are guisada and beef fajita. The salsa and pico are plenty spicy for most tastes.
