The Best Frozen Margaritas, food, and appetizers in Lubbock, TX. I’ve been going to Copper for years and it’s still my favorite place in Lubbock, Texas, hands down. If they only had a bakery, I wouldn’t go anywhere else, LOL. You have to try the jalapeno popper dip, it will knock your socks off. Yes, it’s that good, so good they run out when they’re super busy, like Friday nights.
We eat there every Thursday before bowling. We always sit at the bar. The bartenders are very nice and attentive. The food is very good. We are trying to eat less to lose weight. If you ask they will split one meal on two plates. There is a model train that runs around the top of the bar and lots of games to play. It really is a nice place to enjoy a meal and beer.
Tuesday night happy hour is the best night to have a fun evening with the kids. Games are half price and if you are a VIP member you get added perks and food discounts. Great value for a weeknight.
