Fun idea that tastes just the way you want it to!

Mmmmm. Tried this place last night, it was pretty busy. Cute atmosphere, decent yogurt flavors and a pretty good toppings bar (I would recommend adding graham cracker). I will have to try the others around town to see which I like best but this is still pretty good.

Not Impressed. I’ve only been here once, and I plan on it staying that way. I love Spoonful, but Cup of Yo is closer to my house, so I thought I’d give it a try. Big mistake. For one thing, I don’t see anything unique about the place. I’m pretty sure a lot of these places are fairly identical, but if you’re going to follow the other one that just opened, do something unique! That wasn’t the real problem though. They have about half of the choices available at my favorite yogurt shop. I wasn’t a fan of them not having some of my favorite flavors and toppings. The worst part came at the toppings though. I always get a lot of blueberries. They’re my favorites. Only problem was, the blueberries were horribly rotten. Yes, I know this happens, and I know they’re out of season; however, they should probably at least make sure the fruits (esp ones that are hard to tell the ripeness of) before serving them, not to mention that I went a week later to Spoonful and the blueberries were fine. I would have taken it back, but I got my yogurt to go and didn’t realize the problem until after I was home and tried it. So, all in all, I was not impressed with Cup of Yo. I think I’ll stick with my usual from now on, even if it is farther.

The raspberry was too tart. The pistachio smelt like a bathroom cleaner. We won’t go back!!

Even my husband will eat here. We’ve only been here around 5pm but it was busy the whole time. There are banks of frozen yogurt dispensers all along the wall and you just pick the one(s) you want, they charge .37 cents and ounce. There are toppings at the end including candy and fruit. They even have little cups so you can sample any flavor first. My husband and I each had full cups and it was around $7. They have little patio tables you can eat at and football on the plasma tv. We will definately go back.
