All I’ve got to say is the kitchen needs to get their sh!t together. My family and I went in this evening (Wednesday) at 6:30. The place was half empty. I order a Deluxe Burrito with chicken and queso, no onions, no peppers.The FIRST time my order came out, it had onions and peppers.The SECOND time my order came out, it didn’t have onions or peppers, but it was beef and not chicken.The THIRD time my order came out, it had onions on it.By that time everyone else was done eating and the STILL hadn’t managed to get my order correct. ALL I ORDERED WAS MEAT WRAPPED IN A TORTILLA WITH QUESO ON TOP OF IT!! So I ended up eating my son’s cold leftover bean and cheese nachos.During this whole ordeal, the manager NEVER bothered to come to our table and speak with us. Which explains why the kitchen is so screwed up, it’s a reflection of the management.
I love the beautiful building and atmosphere. I’ve eaten here at least ten times, and every time has had delicious food and good service. I’ve heard other people trash the place in reviews, but they must not have had fajitas with ribs!!
Atmosphere was great but that was about it. Seems like a nice place to go and have drinks but the food was underwhelming. I ordered the quesadillas and they didn’t have any flavor. They were also skimpy on the filling in my quesadilla for the price. May go back for drinks, but that’s it.
