Gross. Lubbock doesn’t have any real BBQ options and of the ones there are, Bighams is probably the worst. Waaaay over cooked, fatty meat. Store bought sausage warmed up under a heating lamp. Frozen, store bought desserts. It’s not just bad, it’s gross. Just go to Rudy’s.
Terrible service.
Best pulled pork sandwich I’ve ever had! Didn’t even add any BBQ sauce, just perfect as-is!
Like it my side dishes were hot n tasty. Pulled pork very dry but the Turkey was moistened overall I was happy with the service and food
RUDE, GROSS, AND COLD!!!!!!. When we walked in the staff was RUDE and acted as if we were Inconveniencing them. They were very RUDE and not helpful with what to order. We had never been there before and were looking forward to some good bbq. I ordered the 3 meat combo plate and my husband ordered the turkey sandwich. They did not inform us that all the sides were separately priced and the combo did not come with drinks as well. The sides were GROSS, I have never tasted potato salad that was as bad as that and how do you mess up beans? All the meats were COLD and greasy. The meat left a film of grease on our lips and mouth. We left as hungry as we were when we arrived. I would not go back if I was dying of starvation and the food was free!
I only go for one reason…the frito pie. There is better Barbeque in town.
Always out of food. I have been to this restaurant about half a dozen times for both lunch and dinner. The first time I went I liked their BBQ potatoes and wanted to try them again. Since then, every single time I have gone into their restaurant they have not had at least one item on their menu that I wanted to order. It would seem that if they’re always running out of food then their manager would do better predictive analysis and order and prepare the correct amount but this never seems to be the case. I’ve simply given up on them.
