Absolutely terrible service. Food was over cooked. Scallops were so small they looked like bait. Took forever just to get silverware. Avoid.
Went to BJs on a date and our waiter was quirky and very enjoyable! Her name was Abby? She was sincere and made sure we found something we would both like. Great experience and awesome meal as always!
Losing interest. The first two times we went to BJ’s we were pretty happy with our experience. Service was friendly and the food was good and reasonably priced. I do enjoy the beer selection and some of the other drinks are good too. However, our most recent visit was a disappointment. The appetizer pizza we usually order was cold and dry. My soup was also only lukewarm and our service was substandard. BJ’s won’t be a first choice for us in the future.
Awful experience! Will first start off by saying we decided to wait because my husband really wanted to try this place out. Lets just say a 45 minute wait turned into a good hour and a half! We finally got buzzed that table was ready only ti find out that there was not room for a high chair so our option was to hold our baby… Decide to wait a little longer so we can get an actual table that they allow you ti have a car seat..finally get seated… Food runner brought out food only to set a HOT I mean HOT plate right in front of an infant only to walk away no apology…anything else I can get nothing! Thennnnn waitress is in such a damn hurry spills beer all over baby! Needless to say this place has a very careless staff . They obviously need better training! I can say food was really good!
The food is mediocre and our waiter was very rude. I asked for a pasta dish without the meat and to add vegetables. While I told him all of this, he looked annoyed that I was giving a complicated order, which by the way, wasn’t. He also forgot to bring out my salad. I was not happy with his service that night.
The beer was flat & bitter, (took 15-20 minutes to get it) & the service was poor even though it wasn’t real busy. The pizza we ordered didn’t have spicy meatballs, red onion, or basil like it was supposed to, just Italian sausage. The pizza tasted good, it just wasn’t what we ordered. When we asked the waitress about it, she went to check, came back & said she placed the order right. That wasn’t the point-it didn’t have the meatballs on it! It’s not worth the prices you pay either. Not impressed!
