Worst one I have been to.. I usually never have a problem when I go to the BWW on 19th st but this one is bad. We have only gone twice and both times the wait staff was terrible. The last waitress we had was complaining to us about how nobody gave her tips that night. I thought it was very unprofessional and wish they would go under new managment or just shut down. My wings weren’t even good tasting either. Pretty much just dry with hardly any sauce. Won’t be going back and I hope enough people write bad reviews so something can change.

Food took forever and was cold I wont go back. I think the owner should sell to someone who cares
My friend and I went on a wednesday to this restaurant and unfortunately had to wait 10 minutes to get sat and 20 minutes for a waitress that was unnecessarily pushy and rude at a very slow time of business. Not only was time an issue but our app, fried pickles, looked like half a portion and were cold and hard just like my burger. The fries served with the burger were burnt to crisps and broke into crumbles when you took a bite. BWW did however serve 5 honey BBQ traditional wings that were great in flavor and thickness despite the low temperature. The waitress was not attentive and when asked for the tab it was thrown on the table. Will probably not return to this location again.
Cheap owner. Owner is so cheap and does not care for staff. The owner forbids giving away birthday shots and desserts, while most BWWs do these things. The staff is not given any discount whatsoever on food. The wait staff is forced to pay (out of pocket) for all mistakes (even if not their fault) and for tabs of any dine-and-dashers. The owner’s stinginess is the main problem behind the bad service and poorly prepared food. If you don’t take of your staff, why should they take care of your business..
I ordered wings, potato wedges, and roasted mushrooms to-go from the 82nd and university location and when I opened my food at home, the wings were cold, the potato wedges were way overcooked they looked like fried bugs! And they gave me literally 10 mushrooms! Very disappointing.
I hate this place. Worst service I have ever gotten. The food sucks too and could not be more over-priced. I realize BW is a chain but this location is awful. I have never been here and not felt taken advantage of.
Discusting.. First it was so dirty. All the tables around us were filthy, food everywhere, sticky table tops, crumbs all over the place. It was horrible. On top of that our waitress forgot about us then to add the chicken wings had slim to no sauce on them and I liked the carrots and celery WAYY more than the actual meal I ordered. Never will eat there again.
