Burritos are TINY! They charge for the (also tiny) cups of salsa and the drive thru only allows for two cars, or else you’re blocking traffic. Very annoying! And I like salt, but if you order anything with potatoes in it, prepare for a taste that can only be compared to the saltiness of the ocean! Blech!
The burritos are amazing. However, for super authentic Mexican cuisine there is no better place in Lubbock. Order the enchilidas for lunch. They are great.
Just OK, small burrito, charged for salsa. Usually go to Picantes, but they are closed on Tuesdays so we tried Burrito Tower instead. For the same price the burrito is half the size, with half the fillings. I went in to pay my call ahead order and she asked me how many salsas I wanted. I said 2 per burrito please and she charged me for them! I asked her about it and she pointed to a sign in the drive thru window! Helloooo! I’m standing inside! She really didn’t care and the burritos were just ok. We will not go back.

Good stuff !. Outstanding food, clean facilities! I have dined there for more than 10 yrs now and the service has been very friendly and prompt. The people that have had negative experiences with the service, should probably look at themselves, and they way they presented their order?
Good food served quickly, Unpredictable customer service. First of all, I voted that I like this place because I do enjoy their food and I really don’t have to wait long for it. These two factors are the only reason they got my like vote. However, the family members that run this business are moody which really affects what others have said about their service. One afternoon they are really gracious, the next they are impatient and border on rude. Another thing to watch for: I asked if they charge to deliver. One person told me no and I took her word for it. When I called for delivery, they asked for a $4 service delivery fee to drive just a little over 1.5 miles. .
Good burritos/rude service. The burritos are good but the service stinks, they really need to work on being polite to their customers. Afterall, customers keep a roof over their heads.
