I just love this place; they are freaking awesome! Good food, good ambiance, good music over a good game of football (Texas Tech won that day), what else do ya need?It was long overdue and finally a couple of my colleagues dragged me to CapRock. The food was pretty good and so were the folks over there. happy bunch of people who greeted us like their own. Well, I had a Turkey & Bacon Wrap along w/ a Caprock Burger; they were so damn good in filling to the brim and very satisfying to the taste buds.A big thumbs up to the cool decor and ambiance inside. The lady who served us was very friendly and attentive, which I liked the most. She chatted with me over my native country and how she would love to visit India to see the Taj Mahal. The warmth I received from her after she showed concerns about my travel which took 33 hours to reach Lubbock, was fabulous.Caprock made my day and I’m so mesmerized that I would like to visit you soon!Regards,Sayak
The food is great and the service was awesome! They have great drink specials and I love their happy hour! The atmosphere is the best in town.
We ate here Saturday night after the Mercy Me concert. Beef Quesadillas and a BLT. Both were wonderful. The manager came by and visited for s long time. Fun experience
The down and dirty ANYTHING is the way to go! I always get the mozzarella down and dirty sticks or the down and dirty chicken sandwich. So delicious with an ice cold beer!!
Schooners of beer so cold and refreshing, you’ll never want to leave. The food and atmosphere is great also. I’ve been coming here since 2005 and I’ve never left disappointed. The owner is usually on site making sure service is exceptional, and if you have any problems he will make it right.
College burgers and beer. Beer was cold, burgers were good but not amazing. Solid college town food. Will come again as my daughter has started school at Texas Tech.
Classic Texas burger joint. I was in Lubbock a few weeks ago for business and stopped by caprock for a few beers. It was a Monday so it wasn’t too busy, but the service and environment was good. The bartender had a good personality and was pretty funny. The beers where cold which is really my only requirement, but you have to drink them fast before they turn into a slushy. Also, I would recommend everyone that goes here to get the queso. It was very good.
