The Ambassador. Two cheese enchiladas with red sauce, rice, beans, chalupa and tostada with guacamole03 Feb, 2015Ole for the Casa Ole!. My daughter and I go there frequently. SO much that Aaron, our regular waiter, knows our drinks, appetizers and entres by heart! Their food had greatly improved since management has changed. However, don’t get the short haired waitress with glasses. Shes horrible. We have had her twice in the last year. She was clueless the first time and the second time she didn’t bring any green sauce and actually told us that the management wont serve it to customers unless its requested. Um, we have been back atleast 6 times since she told us that and we have received green sauce EVERY time without having to request it. Hmm. Someone just didn’t want to do their job! Anyway, with Aaron, and any of the other wait staff, the food is HOT and the service is superb. Ask for Aarons sections! Everyone does!

Official Texan Gourmet Review. Casa Ole: Hey Y’all it’s time for another Texan Gourmet restaurant review. Casa Ole a fixture in south Lubbock provides an excellent selection of Mexican food. Friendly service and a quiet atmosphere will greet you when you come in. Their green sauce and fiesta platter is a must try for any new comer. Showing its age a bit Casa Ole still doesn’t disappoint when they bring out your meal. Great flavor reasonable prices and good portions make Casa Ole a stop for the Texan Gourmet, my official rating is 4 big ‘ol LoneStars for this tasty Mexican restaurant.
Wonderful. I love casa ole!! i go here alot, the staff are always nice and get you anything you need! their food is very reasonable priced since you get a ton, and i LOVE their green sauce that comes with the chips, i love this place b/c you see families and couples. i eat here alot and would recommend the food to everyone, PS: if your kids dont eat alot, order something a la cart its way cheaper and you are not left with 3 plates of rice and beans!!
