No Delivery. Since they are so short staffed they only have one delivery boy and if he’s gone no delivery. My cars broken so I don’t eat..They need more people pronto.27 Apr, 2015No Delivery. Never open on time. It clearly showes on the menu what time they open i have called and called they never answer. Food is great but if you need to hire more people than do so
Food was good, but still relevant since service was so bad and overcharged. Set on hold for 10 minutes when we finally did get to give her order the guys and peed in it to us exactly as we ordered it but then steals and spring rolls instead of egg rolls overcharged us did not bother to send a detailed receipt so that we could verify what we paid for so even though the food was good will go somewhere else from now on since you can’t be trusted
Awful service. The food is really good but damn the service is the worst in Lubbock! I waited an hour for my food, on the phone he was really rude and I’m not going to put up with that.
Rude hung up phone repeatedly. I attempted to call in an order and was put on hold then a few seconds later disconnected. called again and they just lifted the receiver and hung up again. called a third time they muttered something and disconnected again. fourth call they say they are busy and hang up without even giving me an opportunity to do a pick up.
Not worth a hour and a half wait for your food. You pay for your food after they said it would be 30 minutes. An hour and a half later it’s finally done. Not sure why they have a high like rating. This happened once in the past. I will never order again.
