Not impressed. I enjoy going to chili’s but this chili’s the food wasn’t as tasty, my meal was cold and my fiance’s fries were cold, and when I wanted a Margarita they told me it would take 10 minutes because the machine wasn’t on, and so I told them I’d rather have a Mojito, and they told me they didn’t have the mint to make it, which it was on the drink menu, so that rather upset me, and then it toke my fianc about half an hour to get honey mustard. The meal I got was the bare minimum like they were out of things for the dish. I will not be going to this chili’s again! I will drive the distance and see if the one on slide has better service and better food. It’s just too bad cause I live fairly close to this Chili’s!
Great experience. Had triple dipper appetizer for a meal. Sat in bar area, watched basketball. Quick service, good service, and great value.
What is this?. OK. I’m originally from Austin. The Cedar Park Chili’s there is wonderful…I used to be a frequent eater there. So much that much of the staff became close friends.This Chili’s is horrendous. There mixed drinks, from non-alcoholic and their flavored teas, pale in comparison. The blackberry tea has so much of the flavoring in it that it is sweet like syrup. Nothing at this Chili’s compares to the quality I’m used to getting. These may be the same recipes but the owners, managers, and staff half-ass their jobs which is reflected in the quality of food and service.
What used to be…. Chili’s used to be one of the best in the nation. Now it is horrible. The quality continues to sink. Burgers are frozen pucks out of a box warmed up. Tastes rubbery. Even the salsa and chips is awful now.Avoid. There are to good of options in this area now.
One word:Terrible. Omg, I can’t stand going to this Chili’s. Terrible service (took 2 hours to get our food) and terrible food. I cannot explain enough how horrible this place is. Will never go there again on my free will!!!
Best Margarita’s. Good service, great new menu and still the best margarita’s in town…
Getting better. I have been to this Chili’s accross from Tech a couple times since I moved here last summer. The first was fair and I spoke to one of the managers who said give us another chance since there were several new managers that had come to that location from out of the area. Well last Sunday the wife and I hit it up and there are a lot of positive signs. We were greeted by a smiling host and our server Mike who sat us. My wife got the guiltless sirloin and I the chicken fajitas. The sirlion was ordered medium rare and came out exact. It seems to be very tough to get meat cooked under medium well here in Lubbock but this was perfect. My fajitas came out hot and sizzling and I asked for extra tortillas which were also there without having to remind the server. The manager (also named Mike) stopped by to check on us which was a nice touch. Overall the visit was excellent and the food and service much better than previous. Worth another shot.
