Saturday exp.. I am the owner of cooper drive inn and that lady is no longer employed with us. please give us another try and we plan on keeping this s family resturant. come on back and bring family
Regarding 10-04-14 Saturday Bad customer Service Bad breath and white lady showing Butt crack. On Saturday me my husband and my children went to eat at our favorite place to eat . But this day we had a very bad experience. It was busy there was alot of people . We was in line finally we get to the counter and this white lady about 50 years old was gonna take our order. We ask her what do you recomend besides burgers we always eat burgers and she said well I dont eat nothing her I do not like there food my husband said why she said I have my reasons. As she was talking her breath smelled like poop and her teeth were all rotten . She coould not answer anything we asked her she took like 15 mins to get our order. Finally were standing there waiting for our drinks and she takes off somewhere else. about 10 mins pass so I go to the side counter and ask a gentelman if i could have our drinks and he turned around to the coke machine where a hispanic women was making a dring and threw the ticket to her and said you forgot to get there drinks get them , but it wasnt her it was the other lady . We get our food and then here comes the white lady shes cleaning a table and bends over to pick up a napkin and all we seen was her butt and her butt crack that was un called for . , she the pulled up her pants and pulled out her pants from her butt and also pulled out her pants from her crotch all in front of us that is nasty. This is suppose to be a family restaurant not hooters. I work at cooper high school i do not know if i will be going back with that lady working , the hispanic lady was clean and had a cooper t shirt well groomed and clean . she was polite. I hope the boss from there see that, that white lady is wearing pants that fit her 5 sizes to small . Nobody wants to see someones butt crack when there eating we had to get our food to go in a carry out box because of what she did . I hope this gets corrected I love Cooper Drive in so does my family but we cant continue to go there if thats going on …… Thank you , Lindsey & Michael Storkes LCP
Awful. I have never had anyone be so rude to me in my life. When I called to place my order and asked if they had a specific combo meal I was treated as if I was stupid for not knowing their menu by heart. Then when I got my food (through drive thru) it was wrong so I parked and went inside and I was told that I had ordered the burger that way so it was my fault. After I scraped the toppings I didn’t like off the meat itself was burnt. I have never been treated this way. I DO NOT PLAN ON RETURNING! I suggest anyone else to never go to this establishment.
Great!. We love Cooper Drive In! We order bacon cheeseburgers consistently. Most of the time we order for five or more and they handle it well, and not all places do. in addition to fab burgers, their tots, onion rings and milk shakes are awesome. If your picking up to taking home, you can call ahead so you don’t have to wait.
The burgers are good but the fries are excellent. Service is pretty good and the staff is very friendly. Great diner atmosphere.
Judge a place by how many cars are always in the parking lot. This place is always busy because they have amazing food.
Not impressed. Run on the mill burger with less than average french fries.
