I waited 30 minutes in the drive through only to get home and find out they got my order wrong. I came back tonight to just get ice cream thinking they could have just been short staffed or had a bad night. I wait in line, get to the window for them to tell me their card machine is out of order. Poor service, very average quality of food, and poor management.
As usual, the food was good but service was terrible. The drive thrue window cashier practically thew my change at me and the turned around and walked away as i picked it up off the driveway. And wrn a swcond cashier came to the window to throw me my food she didnt even acknoledge me when i said thank you after recieving my meal…..the employees hate their jobs so much that they take it out on paying customers. Ill deffinately be driving my happy butt ACROSS town to any other dairy queen from now on. Good service is worth it 🙂
