Best Tacos Al Pastor in town. These are the Street Tacos at Diablo’s Cantina. They are actually Tacos Al Pastor which are some of the most delicious tacos you will ever eat. There may be only one or two other places in town where you can order these tacos. The pork itself is marinated in what is normally a secretive blend of achiote, chiles Pasilla, or chiles Guajillo, with an infusion of orange juice, garlic, cumin, and fresh pinapples…..The Tacos Al Pastor are from a local Michoacana (meat market) who know what they are doing because these tacos reminded me of eating at a little taqueria in Cancun Mexico and i can’t wait to go back for more.
