Amazing. I love this place. the food is delicious and i would recommend it to anyone.
Good food, awful service. There was a bug of some sort in the (unattended) food line in the garlic water at dinner on Friday night, and the manager didn’t seem all too concerned about it. Nor was she helpful to the customer.There were three managers there with a 65% full restaurant and they still couldn’t maintain at least decent service. I do not recommend. There are plenty of other Asian stirfry restaurants in town that will take good care of you!
Decent. I usually get the noodles and they’re never cooked correctly, but other than that the food is good. It’s kind of a toss up on whether the buffet being clean or not. The service has been bad every time I’ve been there, but the manager will take care of it if you ask.
The best thing about this place will be the day it closes! Bland, Boring food. Your better off eating mongolian at Chinese Kitchen or Beijing House. Albeit both dumps but way better Food.
Food is pretty generic regardless of how you choose to mix it up. Food quality is on par with that of the boxed asian frozen foods you can find at any supermarket.
1 time diner. My husband and I came to Genghis Grill for the first time tonight for dinner. We were less than impressed.Pros:1. There was not a wait time for our table; there was a crowd waiting to be seated when we left.2. The food tasted good.Cons:1. MESSY! The line to fill your bowl with very dirty. The handles on the spoons were sticky, there was food all over the counter and floor, and there was sauce splattered everywhere.2. The veggie options were hard to reach since they were close to empty3. Service was poor. We sat at a tall table in the bar area. I’m assuming that our server was also the bartender. He explained well how we went through the line to get our food. Our drinks were not at the table when we got back. We sat with empty drinks for too long, other waiters filled our drinks. My husband received his food a good 10 minutes before mine came.4. The food was not worth the price. If I’m going to pay $14 per person, I am going to go get a meal in a nicer environment. Overall, I was not impressed and will most likely not be returning.
