Took family for dinner… Chicken enchiladas. The meat was over-boiled mush in a tortilla smothered in some sort of super salty (and I typically add salt) gravy gunk that I’ve never experience in a Mexican dish. The attentive wait staff couldn’t compensate for the horrible food. Will never return.
Good Food Bad Service. I don’t know what’s going on there but since January their new wait staff seems to come and go. We have had 3 bad waitresses since January. With the newest being on Saturday March 2, 2013. We were seated and it took 10 minutes before our waiter even came to our table, I know this because I had received a text on my phone when we first sat down. Well he finally came to our table and took our drink order brought us our drinks and walked off leaving us waiting. We had to get his attention to even be able to order. Then when we finally got our dinner we didn’t get all of it and had to get his attention because he was standing in the door way to the kitchen talking. We finally got everything and had to finish our meal with our already gone drinks that he saw sitting at the edge of the table empty. There are several times when we will mention Gordit’os as a suggestion then decide on something else because we are already dreading the waitstaff
It was the WORST!!!! service i have ever had. The food was good, well the few plates that were right! My wifes salad bole thing had some steak in it that was raw and COLD!! The manager refused to come to the table and talk to ise about it. My family and I wil NEVER!! be going back.
Grossditos!!. Its been a few months since Ive been there. Also the only time, never going back . Chicken fajita burrito was boiled, un-drained chicken, in a tortilla. When I bit into it the undrained water went everywhere. It’s the worst restaurant experience I’ve had that I can remember .
Standard Mexican. Spicy salsa, decent service, good food, alot heavier mexican food than the norm in Lubbock. I’d go back for lunch.
Horrible Resturant!!!!. I am so disappointed I cannot even articulate…. The management is beyond offensive. I will NEVER return and I suggest that you do not either. If the management is not improved soon the doors should be closing! I have never been to a resturant where the manager came to my table and surveyed my meal, making me & my party very uncomfortable.
Nice friendly – home owned place. Good food. Great prices
