I was super upset with my visit to your restaurant. I went with my wife. I had a coupon for a free entree if we purchased 2 drinks(which we never purchase ordinarily) I told my waitress we had a coupon and pointed to my phone when ordering. She said they would take care of that at the cashier when we were done. I ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs my wife the sampler and 2 diet soft drinks. When we got done we went to pay. The cashier told us she had to have a printed copy. She refused to do anything about the bill and cheated us not only out of the 9.00 discount but added 25% to our bill by making us buy 2 soft drinks. My wife paid the bill to avoid me making a scene. Just to let you know also had we been 20 years older we could have had the same discount with no coupon necessary. You offer this discount to seniors every week day. You should be ashamed to use these bait and switch tactics on your customers. I will be telling every one I know to stay away from your establishment.

Only one time in all the times I’ve eaten there did I have a server who was bad. The price is reasonable, the food is good and the service is fast. No complaints.

Breakfast food always good; other food mediocre. Service usually very good. Service so good today I left 50% tip. Waitress and cook made special pancakes for my mom that isn’t even on menu anymore. THAT’S service!
Omellette. Bad service18 Jun, 2011Omellette. We normaly have a good meal there and the quality is great, but thats not problem the real problem is the quality of service the last two times my family and I been there. We have had the worst service . We normaly go out once a week. So I will list the good with the bad.
Good breakfast and extreme temperatures. The breakfast at this chain is good. I’ve never had a bad breakfast. Though, I’ve had bad lunches and dinners since it really isn’t their forte. The servers are attentive.The temperature in this building is always extreme. It’s too cold or too hot. A manager explained it’s their AC system. Just take a light jacket with you on rainy days and evenings.
More room then the other Ihop on 19th and a little more quiet to. Take the familg and try the T-bone steak and eggs.
