So I’m in Lubbock overnight and I order BBQ delivered. Super food, super service (the lady who delivered deserves to be making more money, guys, just sayin’) and the cherry cobbler I added on should be illegal. 🙂 Now I know where I’ll be eating Lubbock BBQ.
Meh..I am a BBQ fanatic, unfortunately most BBQ restaurants don’t beat home made true smoked BBQ. Ribs were Ok. Bland. No nice smoke ring, reminded me of put on a smoker for a little while and finished in oven. Smoke taste was missing. Sauce was OK. Would have liked to have a better dry rub on them when cooked.
